We all know physical fitness needs to be a priority. Let's make room for mental, emotional, and spiritual fitness too.

Only a certain kind of person finds their way here.

Maybe you’re one of them. Someone who …

  1. Suffers from stress & burnout: experiences stress, anxiety, overwhelm, emotional blocks, or a general sense of disconnection from yourself or others. You’re looking for tools to cope, ground, and heal

  2. Is curious & open-minded: receptive to concepts like energetics, chakras, and subtle body work. These ideas may be new but you’re eager to learn (or you’ve already begun)

  3. Seeks deeper connection: looking to connect with yourself on a deeper level, understand your inner landscape, and find a sense of peace, purpose, or balance

  4. Exploring spirituality: curious about your spiritual side but not bound to any specific religion. You’re drawn to universal truths and spiritual principles

  5. Ready for change: you’re not passively consuming information; you’re ready to engage deeply in practices that will bring about positive shifts in your life

How would it feel to …

Release tension, find ease, and be energized

Imagine you:

  • Breathe deeply and feel your stress melt away, calming your nervous system even in the midst of a busy day?

  • Release those heavy, stuck emotions that have weighed you down, and step into a new emotional balance and ease?

  • Fall asleep naturally and wake up refreshed, your mind clear and ready for what’s next?

  • Experience sharp mental clarity and focus, no longer clouded by overwhelm or mental fog?

  • Feel your energy flowing freely and fully, unblocked and balanced across your whole being?

Access your inner wisdom and power

Imagine you:

  • Look inward with kindness and curiosity, understanding your patterns and beliefs that shape your life?

  • Connect to a deeper sense of purpose and meaning, a spiritual thread that weaves through your everyday moments?

  • Move gently with your body, finding release and flexibility without strain or competition?

  • Let go of what no longer serves you, detoxifying your mind, body, and spirit with grace?

  • Step into your own power, equipped with practical tools to nurture and sustain your well-being every day?

Meet the instructor

I teach kundalini and chakra flow yoga with a focus on making the practice feel accessible, emotionally honest, and energetically intelligent. Over the years, I’ve fallen in love with yoga because I realized yoga is not performative or meant to be compared to others; it’s not about the « hard poses » or the flexibility, but a connection to yourself & training your resilience.

Certified with both 200 hrs of training in hatha/vinyasa and 200 hrs of training in kundalini, my group class style and techniques focus on:

  • basic postures/asana alignment

  • slow flow

  • pranayama (breathwork)

  • kundalini kriya

  • energetics (bandhas, chi, chakras)

MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

  • Accessible - all bodies welcome

  • Personal choice - students take what resonates and leave the rest

  • Subtle shifts - every practice is a stepping stone for personal growth
