I teach kundalini and chakra flow yoga with a focus on making the practice feel accessible, emotionally honest, and energetically intelligent. I see yoga not as a performance, but as a practice that invites us to reconnect with ourselves gently, one breath at a time.
Certified with both 200 hrs of training in hatha/vinyasa and 200 hrs of training in kundalini, my group class style and techniques focus on:

energetics (bandhas, chi, chakras)
