Kundalini Yoga (Toronto Climate Week Edition)

  • Society Clubhouse 967 College Street Toronto, ON, M6H 1A6 Canada (map)

For Toronto Climate Week, this special edition class brings together my work through Raising Potters (kundalini yoga) and the Uplift Collective (community for sustainability professionals).

While the focus is on those in the sustainability space, the class is open to everyone - whether you’ve practiced with me before or are joining for the first time. Tickets are offered at a reduced rate of $20.

🌿 Who This Is For
This class is designed for sustainability professionals, climate advocates, and purpose-driven individuals who are carrying the weight of the world - and feel it in their nervous system.

You do not need prior experience with kundalini yoga.

It’s especially supportive if you:

  • Feel the emotional weight of climate change, systems challenges, or the future of our planet (eco-anxiety, climate grief, or quiet overwhelm)

  • Find your mind constantly “on,” thinking about solutions, trade-offs, and what more could be done

  • Struggle to fully switch off, even when you step away from work

  • Carry a strong sense of responsibility and often hold it internally

  • Are ready to turn inward, not to perform, but to reconnect with your own steadiness and clarity
