IN THIS LESSON

Every personal shift begins with a decision to be open minded and receive.

This Kundalini Yoga 101 course is designed for the modern nervous system - anchored in science without stripping the spiritual. I offer these teachings not as a guru, but as a guide: someone who curates what’s timeless, filters it through lived experience, and shares it with care. Receive these teachings and adapt it for yourself as appropriate.

There are so many techniques out there to address physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. No one size fits all. Kundalini yoga is simply one practice that I’ve encountered that brought me back into connection with myself. Whether you're here to create more calm, more clarity, or simply explore something new - the materials in this course is what you make of it. I strongly believe in taking what resonates and leaving the rest.

Most of what I share here comes from my 200-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in Amritsar, India taught by Sat Dharam Kaur, woven together with insights from my own lived experience. In curating these materials, I honour the depth and lineage of kundalini yoga, while making space for modern science, personal agency, and nervous system awareness. In this course, you’ll learn foundational techniques that’s practical, science-informed, and accessible without losing the spirit of the practice.

The techniques I share - breathwork, movement, mantra, and meditation - are presented with clarity, intention, and context. You won’t find rigid dogma or pressure to perform. Instead, you’ll find structure that supports freedom, and practices that meet you where you are. At the end of this course, you will be able to apply the ancient system of kundalini yoga in a way that works with your nervous system, energy centers, and breath to help you build clarity, steadiness, and inner vitality.

You can expect:

  • Practical explanations that speak to both body and mind

  • Breathing techniques to support your nervous system and emotional resilience

  • Gentle movements, meditations, and reflections to help you shift your internal state with intention

  • A pace and tone that invite curiosity; not perfection

You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or spiritually fluent. What you do need is curiosity and a willingness to listen to your body with honesty and care. Thanks for trusting me to guide you through this introduction to kundalini yoga. May it become a steady companion as you reconnect with your energy, your rhythm, and your inner clarity.
